HUFLIT Site Tour 2025 at transcosmos Vietnam: “Career Tour - Connect, Learn, Grow”

On November 13 and 14, transcosmos Vietnam (TCV) welcomed nearly 100 students and lecturers from Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology (HUFLIT) to visit the office and explore the real working environment at TCV. The student delegation came from various faculties such as English Linguistics, E-commerce, Information Technology, and Artificial Intelligence, creating a vibrant and academically diverse atmosphere.

At the beginning of the program, students participated in an energetic warm-up minigame prepared by the TCV team. The atmosphere quickly became lively as the groups showcased teamwork, creativity, and positive energy true to the spirit of an enthusiastic young generation.

The highlight of the event was the sharing session delivered by senior managers from the Operations and Human Resources divisions of transcosmos Vietnam. With extensive experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), customer service, and human resource management, they provided HUFLIT students with valuable and practical insights through key topics such as: career orientation for students; essential skills for entering the job market; an overview of global BPO business operations; as well as job opportunities and career development pathways at transcosmos Vietnam.

Their career stories, real-life experiences, and practical lessons helped students gain a clearer picture of their future professional journeys.

In addition to the sharing session, students actively raised questions related to work, technical skills, and corporate culture. Each question was answered thoughtfully and thoroughly by the TCV representatives, creating an open and highly interactive learning environment.

Following the discussion, the HUFLIT delegation was guided on a tour throughout TCV’s workspace, where they learned about departmental operations, customer service workflows, applied technologies, and the collaboration model across teams.

The site tour offered students an authentic understanding of the professional working environment within a global enterprise, helping them shape clearer expectations and future career goals.
