Spreading the spirit of sportsmanship and positive living

Beyond numbers and trophies, the TCV E-Running Cup 2025 powerfully spread the message of a healthy lifestyle, encouraging every member to take care of both their physical and mental well-being contributing to a more connected and sustainable workplace.

Reflecting on the journey, Mr. Truong Hoang Viet shared: “I was really surprised to be among the top runners in week 5. My goal has always been to challenge myself setting new targets each week and pushing beyond them. I’m happy that every step I ran also contributed to planting more trees for “Reforestation Program”. Instead of spending time scrolling on my phone, I chose running, which has greatly improved both my physical and mental well-being. Most importantly, I’ve built a precious Saturday habit: waking up early, going for a run, then enjoying coffee and reading a routine that brings me peace and inspiration.”

With the resounding success of this year’s tournament, the TCV E-Running Cup is set to remain a much anticipated annual event continuing to fuel energy, motivation, and inspiration for the TCV community in the years ahead.
