transcosmos Vietnam organizes Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and First-Aid training programs for all employees

In November 2025, transcosmos Vietnam (TCV) collaborated with a professional training provider to implement two intensive courses under the “Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and First-Aid training programs” for all employees.

This initiative plays a crucial role in raising safety awareness while equipping employees with essential practical skills to protect themselves and support colleagues during emergency situations.

From the very beginning, the training sessions were conducted in a focused and highly engaged atmosphere. Instructors noted the strong participation and active interaction from learners throughout the course. Each topic from basic risk identification and initial response procedures to first-aid techniques such as CPR, bandaging, and injury immobilization was delivered clearly and effectively, accompanied by hands-on practice to ensure better retention.

Many employees shared that the training helped them understand, for the first time, how to respond correctly in dangerous or unexpected situations. One participant expressed:

“I used to feel quite unsure when it came to first aid, but after this course, I feel much more confident. The instructor explained everything clearly, and the continuous practice made it easy to remember.”

The willingness to ask questions, teamwork during practical exercises, and the overall seriousness of participants were highly appreciated. Instructors also acknowledged that learners absorbed the knowledge quickly and were able to apply basic first-aid skills in simulated workplace scenarios.
